SALTO – Let’s act

In diesem Video geht es um ein Projektbeispiel für Team Volunteering. Das Projekt heißt „Startklar solidarisch – Let’s Act!“ Vom 3. bis 24. August 2019 trafen sich Jugendliche aus verschiedenen Ländern in Wien, um mit einem Theaterstück auf das Thema Inklusion aufmerksam zu machen. Das Projekt wurde von „Grenzenlos – Interkultureller Austausch“ koordiniert und durch das EU-Programm „Europäisches Solidaritätskorps“ gefördert.

Ein Freiwilligenteam vereint 10 bis 40 Personen im Alter zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren. Diese Freiwilligenprojekte dauern zwischen zwei Wochen und zwei Monaten, werden oft im Sommer angeboten und adressieren soziale Herausforderungen auf lokaler Ebene (z. B. Unterstützung von Asylunterkünften, Aufforstung, Wiederaufbau in Erdbebengebieten).

This video showcases a project example for Team Volunteering. The project is called „Startklar solidarisch – Let’s Act!“ From August 3rd to 24th, 2019, young people from various countries gathered in Vienna to raise awareness about inclusion through a theater performance. The project was coordinated by Grenzenlos – Intercultural Exchange and funded by the EU program European Solidarity Corps.

A volunteer team consists of 10 to 40 individuals aged between 18 and 30. These volunteer projects typically last from two weeks to two months, are often offered in the summer, and address social challenges at the local level (e.g., supporting asylum accommodations, reforestation, or rebuilding earthquake-affected areas).
